DAVID BRANHAM
David M. Branham is a retired Air Force Public Affairs Officer (Lieutenant Colonel). He also served for 30-years in the Federal Civil Service as a Public Affairs Specialist (1984-2014) with the U.S. Air Force, Department of Navy/Marine Corps and Department of Justice (U.S. Marshals Service). During his three-decade federal career, he was an on-the-record spokesperson for the U.S. Marshals Service (1991-2000) and

represented the Attorney General involving federal law enforcement crisis-communications matters in several interagency and international matters. Following the events of September 11, 2001, he was assigned to the White House (2005-2007) and served as a Public Affairs Officer for Air Force One. He holds an MBA from Strayer University’s Jack Welch Management Institute (2017); an MA from the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM) in Strategic Public Relations (2013) and a BA in Communications and Journalism from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio (1981). He and his wife Linda live in Fredericksburg, Va.



ROBERT "BIG BUCK" LESCHORN
Retired Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert
Leschorn served a distinguished 28-year career which culminated in his final assignment as the
Acting Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal, Eastern District of Virginia. He led and supervised the largest and most complex inter-agency Fugitive Operations in American history. Leschorn grew up on Long Island, New York and served as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
